4. Vehicle Collection and Return in Ferndown

Sub-letting the vehicle to third parties or permitting unauthorised drivers. Driving the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Purposes for which the vehicle is not designed...

Violating these restrictions may result in immediate Ferndown booking termination and additional charges.

8. Limitation of Liability for Ferndown

To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Ferndown will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in respect of any claim will not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service to which the claim relates.
